Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo Chicken, cut up
- 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 2 medium (200g) Potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 medium (150g) Carrot, cut into chunks
- 1 can (227g) Del Monte Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked or frozen green peas
- 100g Baguio beans, sliced
- 1 medium Red bell pepper, cut into strips
Procedure:
- Season chicken with 1/4 tsp. iodized salt (or 1/4tbsp rock salt) and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Set aside.
- Saute garlic, onion, and chicken. Add 1 cup water and 1/3 tsp iodized salt (or 1/3 tbsp. rock salt). Simmer for 10 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Add potatoes, carrots and Del Monte Tomato Sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add green peas, baguio beans and bell pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
