Inihaw ng Bangus would sure create a buzz in the dinner table. With the "milky" taste of milkfish, it sure is one of every Pinoy's favorite to grill. The smoky aroma with the tangy taste of calamansi and tomatoes, paired with the salty-savoury taste of soy sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg Bangus (Milkfish), cleaned - keep the scales if you're not using aluminum foil
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup red onions, cut into small cubes
- cooking oil, as needed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp calamansi juice
- seasoning powder
Procedure:
- Make a slit along the back of the fish and season evenly with your favorite seasoning powder
- Fill the fish with tomatoes and onions. Brush with oil and grill until done.
- You may also serve with liquid seasoning or soy sauce with calamansi juice.
